Algebra 1
Course Description
Algebra I is the second half of a course which satisfies a complete course of algebra at the high school level. This course provides students with the tools necessary for dealing with the quantitative aspects of their environments. Algebraic problems solving involves selecting appropriate approaches and tools, judging and reasonableness of results, and relating concepts to each other and real world applications. The fundamental idea of algebra, variable, is explored in theory and application.
